So many records, so few games left. Golden State needs to go 6-3 in their remaining nine games to match the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls’ all-time best regular-season record of 72-10, and 7-2 to break it.
Don’t bet against these guys.
Klay Thompson is in a zone, and scored 40 points last night for the second game in a row. Meanwhile Draymond Green notched his 12th triple double of the year. On an off night, Stephen Curry hit two 3-point shots, to continue his NBA record breaking streak for consecutive games with at least one 3-point shot made. He now has 350 3-point shots made, and Klay has 253. The Warriors two guards seem destined to become the first starting backcourt in league history to sink a combined 600 3-pointers.
The team is breaking more records with every win. When the season is over we’ll try to list them all, and at this point, it appears that will be a very long post!
