A 3-day Presidents’ Day weekend is coming up, and we can’t wait. It’s supposed to be sunny, and while we’d like to see the rain return, if it holds off for a couple of more days we won’t complain.
Here’s are some suggestions on what to do during the three days:
Saturday – You’ve got to go to AT&T Park and take in the KNBR Giants FanFest. It’s free (parking is $10), and it runs from 10AM to 3PM. It’s your chance to visit with the players, get autographs and roam the field.
Sunday – Pillow Fight! The Great San Francisco Pillow Fight takes place at Justin Herman Plaza at 6PM. Organizers like to describe it this way; “Thousands of people, millions of feathers.”
Monday – Time for a nice walk. On this day, there are ten free guided walking tours to choose from, all offered by City Guides. The tours focus on the architecture, history, legends, and lore of many of the City’s most celebrated neighborhoods. The walks last from 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
